## Eligible Returns (Within 30 Days of Delivery)
Contact us with order # and proof (photos/video). Items must be unused, with tags/packaging.

- Wrong item received
- Significantly not as described
## Non-Eligible Returns
- Change of mind
- Wrong size/color/style
- Minor issues (e.g., loose thread, color variation from lighting)
## Final Sale Items (No Returns – Tagged in Shopify)
Hygiene/safety reasons or promotions:
- Underwear, lingerie, swimwear, socks
- Pierced jewelry, beauty/personal care products
- Customized, clearance, or sale items (7 collections excluded)
## Return Process
1. Email royalmixtinternational@gmail.com within **30 days** with details/proof.
2. If approved: Return to supplier address (China/warehouse) – **customer pays all shipping** (no labels provided; est. $20–$80+).
3. **30% restocking fee** deducted from refund.
4. Refund after inspection (7–45 days via supplier).

No direct exchanges – return for refund and reorder.
