Thank you for shopping at Royalmixt! We ship directly from international warehouses (China, USA, UK, Germany) to keep prices low and delivery fast.

## Returns follow Refund Policy – customer-paid to warehouses.

## Order Processing
- Most orders: Processed and shipped in **3–7 business days** (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
- High-volume periods (sales/launches): Up to **10–14 business days**.

## Estimated Shipping Times
These are estimates only; actual times vary by carrier, customs, holidays, weather, and location.
- USA: **8–20 business days**
- Canada: **10–25 business days**
- Europe/UK/Australia/NZ: **10–30 business days**
- Rest of world: **15–45 business days**

## Key Details
- **Free shipping** on all orders – no minimum.
- No expedited shipping unless shown at checkout.
- Tracking: Sent once available (3–10 days after processing).
- Packages may ship separately from multiple warehouses.
- **Customs/duties/taxes**: Not included in prices, not collected at checkout – your responsibility. Contact your carrier if charged.
- We are **not liable** for delays, lost packages after carrier delivery, or force majeure (e.g., weather, strikes).

## Lost/Delayed Packages
- If "delivered" but missing: Check neighbors/post office – we aren't responsible for theft/misdelivery.
- No updates after 40 days: Email us for a claim (replacement/refund at our discretion).

## Wrong Address
- Returns due to errors: Reship at your cost; refunds exclude shipping fees.
